Booking Policy
How consultations are requested, confirmed and rescheduled.
Last updated: 2026-08-25
Requesting a consultation
When you submit the consultation form, you are requesting a time to talk — not paying for or locking in an appointment. We review each request personally and reply to confirm details.
Confirmation
A consultation is only confirmed once we reply to arrange a specific time. If you do not hear back within two business days, please reach out again, as messages occasionally get caught in spam filters.
No charge for the consultation
The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. Any paid work is quoted and agreed separately in writing before it begins.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Plans change — that is fine. If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed consultation, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. There is no fee to reschedule or cancel a consultation.
No-shows
If a confirmed consultation is missed without notice, we will try to reach you once to reschedule. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask you to confirm more firmly before booking again.
Accurate information
Please provide accurate contact details and a realistic description of what you need. It helps us prepare and use the consultation time well for both of us.
